CONNECT SPORTS ATL / 2026 TRACK CAMP
Track & Field · Youth Development · Community
A young runner clears the first hurdle. Across the field, another waits for a turn while a coach calls out encouragement. The scene captures what Connect Sports ATL set out to make possible this summer: a place where practice and personal growth happen together.
01 / THE PRACTICE
The 2026 track camp brought young athletes onto the field for focused instruction and healthy competition. Coaches Stripling, Gordon, and Coleman guided the experience, helping participants work on technique while learning to support one another.
The camp plan paired track training with character-building themes, including leadership, sportsmanship, and goal setting. These ideas are part of the same lesson: progress takes effort, attention, and people who keep showing up for you.
The finish line matters. So does the person a young athlete becomes on the way there.

02 / THE PEOPLE
Connect Sports uses sports as a setting for mentoring. At camp, that means coaches do more than explain a drill: they make space for encouragement, accountability, and teamwork. Young people get to test a new skill, hear what they did well, and try again.
The camp led toward a final meet, giving athletes a chance to put their practice to work. The official Connect Sports ATL recap offers a look at the energy on the field and the people who helped make the experience possible.
